Renewing your Great Leaps Tutoring subscription is easy and a great opportunity to adjust your schedule if needed. In this article, we'll cover a standard renewal and our auto-renewal feature. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL STEPS:
- While logged in, select your tutor.
- From their profile, click Book Appointments.
- Choose your student and times. Your tutor's availability will show in your local timezone.
- Check if you'd like to subscribe for one month OR save 10% if you book for 3 months. Your time will repeat at that day and time until the purchased sessions are repeated. If you have any issues or questions, give us a call at 877-475-3277
AUTO-RENEW:
If you're only booking monthly, we do have an auto-renewal feature available that you can simply turn on or off at will for the specific student. To access this, go to your Account page from the left hand menu. Select the payment method you'd like to use and toggle on the student you'd like to enable auto-renewal for. This will auto-renew with the same schedule. If you'd like to change this when renewing, turn auto-renew off then complete the booking process as outlined above.
