His 36 year teaching career and his extensive study of accomplished academic researchers certainly adds credibility to the highly effective Great Leaps programs, but his passion to help children is really the driving force behind the company and its growth. Although he will always be a teacher at heart, there came a time when Great Leaps allowed his impact on students to grow beyond teaching one classroom at a time. So the accidental entrepreneur was born.

Colin began with Great Leaps packing orders in high school and has been involved with every role in the company before creating and launching the Great Leaps Tutoring service in 2020 then ultimately taking over from his father as the president of Great Leaps. He studied business and entrepreneurship at the University of Florida while building an intimate knowledge Great Leaps as a business and world class reading intervention.

Kayla's experience with Great Leaps began implementing it in the classroom and seeing it's impact with her own daughter. Her passion for the program and experience as a parent is why she consistently goes above and beyond to serve our parents and tutors, embodying the very essence of our mission to empower learners and transform lives. She is the heart of Great Leaps tutoring and the ultimate support for our families.
