What We're Looking For

Experienced Educators

You don't need a master's degree to change students' lives with Great Leaps BUT you do need to have two or more years of relevant experience educating kids.

Connecting with Students

Not everyone is great at connecting with and supporting students. We work with a wide range of ages and want tutors who can effortlessly build a strong rapport while also being experienced enough to handle behavioral challenges and frustrations.

Fantastic Communicators

Our tutors must be able to articulate the student's progress and challenges to parents and clearly communicate potential logistical challenges with scheduling and vacations.

Technological Literacy

You must be able to navigate and teach through the Great Leaps Tutoring platform using a laptop with stable high-speed internet. This also requires communicating via email and managing multiple pages simultaneously.
